Just over one in two Australians are considering a career change in the future, but 63% of us have also said that we don’t where to start. And it makes sense, the thought of changing careers is daunting.

However, at the risk of sounding cliché, the first step usually always is the hardest. Remember that you don’t have to take a giant leap to start off with, a good first step is to carve out some time to do some online research about the industry you’re interested in, or you might even want to consider working with a career coach or mentor.
